    This is where it happened:

And I'll see if I can show you image grabs, as I archive all my stuff and so I have the . . . well, let us see what I have.

I hit that edit button and you see what was then showing. So I hit "Cancel" and the result can be seen over where that link should take you. Maybe. I haven't clicked on the link I posted above.

Well, I'm even more confused. Something is really weird, and it is not me, this time. I'll grab the cache info for this browser and this incident and I have the screen shots, but the second one above is not the full screenshot showing all that I was seeing. And just now I went back to that Blog thread and I see my original comment is back. I figure there may be a time lapse thing that isn't like posting on the main board. But I do have a record, if y'all admin folks want the full data.

I haven't grabbed the cache data from the browser, yet; but the other data I did archive clearly indicates that there was nothing close to any one-hour time frame on this. I haven't yet dug into this one, so I don't want to guess what is wrong with the code, but experience tells me there is something in the code and I'd suspect the vBulletin staff have some awareness and I'll dig into that when I have more time. In fact, I just checked on another bug they have and I'll post the results of that in the other thread.

There is also a possibility there is a browser parameter interfacing with the platform code in an odd way. That would make troubleshooting more difficult, but that is one reason I have a cache grabbing program on a couple of my units. I'm constantly troubleshooting this sort of stuff for webmasters. Used to get paid for that, but was supposed to be retired, until last year and our new web scrapper programs that were kicked into gear using AI enhancement. Then bad bot folks started sneaking in behind the paid for web scrapper programs and all sorts of folks have had super trouble since. And still are. AI enhanced web scrapping has become quite an industry out there, even with various government agencies in a whole bunch of governments. Uni graduates are being scrapped up themselves in the brick-and-mortar definition, and many are working for governments. And political entities. Quite the business for some folks. And very bad for some other folks, as I think y'all have noticed.
