Turley points out an example of Baltimore which has been democrats for decades now a city in clear decline that has lost almost 50% of its population because of the awful democrat policies running the city down.

Baltimore Mayors with exception of a single 4 year term has been democrat since 1947 and unbroken since 1967.... Population decline has been ongoing ever since Democrats have been in near total control as the peak was in 1950 census and in continual decline starting in the 1960 census. LINK

A friend of mine lived in Baltimore for a very short while when he was a kid in the early/mid 70s. He described it as a hellish shithole and was glad to get out.
