BB that is what I thought. So IMHO if Congress can grant citizenship to a group of people like they did with the Snyder Act of 1923 then Congress can also limit citizenship to persons with at least one American parent.

I think the only way we're going to get the Supreme Court to actually address the misinterpretation of the 14th amendment is if Congress passes a law. That law must limit who can be a citizen or deemed citizen. That is the only way you're going to force the court to actually deal with the 14th amendment.
