Democrat Neighbors.... 

I have a neighbor that is a hard left democrat. She posts up every lie and deception that the left-wing media spouts on her social media account.  For the las few days I have been countering her BS with facts and links to the facts. This is driving her totally bat shit as most of those following her agree with what I post. There are one or two who try to support her, and they fail with stunning flameouts.

When I confronted her this AM on her social media account about disinformation and deceptions, she went totally bat shit crazy. She admitted that this is the way she FEEL's and that no amount of facts will dissuade her.  This is your average Democrat voter who don't base their decisions on facts...

I will admit I have fun dismantling her every premise... Until she eventually blocks me...

I live in NY so I get my fair share of Loony Leftists. It can be difficult to debate with them because of their feelings over facts stance on everything. I had to stop talking to them entirely in order to spare myself all the drivel and wasted time.

I deleted my Farcebook account after the 2020 election and haven't regreted it at all. I no longer associate with liberals due to their irrational stupidity.

I understand completely how it is in America, but over here it is different. The only time I've ever felt compelled to debate face to face was over the EU leave/remain vote.

Where my home in Spain is,there are a lot of "remainers" who are still spitting feathers about "brexit."I also contribute in a small way to a local forum much like this.The level of venom and hysteria regarding "brexit" is remarkable.I have seen people discussing the subject in bars virtually frothing at the mouth,even now.

Sadly, rejecting facts that contradict what one wants to believe true is a human thing, not something limited to Dems, Progs, and liberals. Being wary of one's own confirmation bias takes mental effort and honesty.

Being on a discussion site that highlights and mocks the mental pretzellations and verbal antics of the Democratic Underground site, your neighbor does not surprise me and the reflexive response would be, "What's her DU name?"

Whether expats or locals, being butthurt over the Brexit vote almost 9 years later is somewhere between sad and pathetic.

My wife and I were in England in May/June 2016 when the upcoming Brexit vote was our point of curiosity and Donald Trump was some Englanders' point of curiosity. Among other things, we toured Canterbury Cathedral and HMS Belfast.

After 1,000 posts ZERO rebuttals over the content of the article is made as they denigrate the blog site, the author and more thus the article remains UNCHALLENGED!

It is the GREATEST anti global warming/climate change article ever made that destroys the warmist/alarmists baloney to the point they ignore it by habit as they KNOW they can't refute it.

Well. For one thing - be careful. Democrats tend to act out in physical harmish ways. She might try to actually hurt you or vandalize your house or car.

If she is the average Democrat voter, she might be dangerous. Just saying.
